Dog Parks in Zapopan
Zapopan City Hall is planning to construct four new dog parks in the municipality, and is seeking input from residents as to where the favored locations might be.
Petitions are being received at 332-410-1000. Construction of the parks could start by next month, Zapopan officials say.
Covid beds at 34%
According to the Jalisco Health Department (SSJ) juts over one-third (34 percent) of hospital beds reserved for Covid patients in Jalisco are occupied. Of the 578 people hospitalized, 507 are interred in public facilities, and 71 in private hospitals. More than half, 336, are being treated at Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) hospitals. The highest number of hospitalizations in Jalisco was recorded on January 24, 2021, when 1,864 people were interred.
