Agents of the Jalisco Investigation Police, in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Chapala municipal police, recently recovered and seized heavy-duty construction machinery reported as stolen during their execution of a search warrant at the Colinas de Montebello housing development on the outskirts of San Antonio Tlayacapan.
The Caterpillar CS-563E roller compactor and a 2008 John Deere 0670 D motor grader, both badly damaged, were returned to their rightful owner upon verification of their origin and a corresponding fraud report.
