Last week, the picturesque Jalisco town of Lagos de Moreno celebrated the 450th anniversary of its foundation.
To mark the occasion, 32 of the 39 legislators of the Jalisco Congress, along with Governor Aristoteles Sandoval Diaz, drove the 75 miles from Guadalajara to hold a celebratory session in the town’s old-world Jose Rosas Moreno theater.
