		The Mexican government has lifted the limit on monthly deposits in dollars that businesses can make in Mexico.
A state politician who referred to Brazilian soccer ace Ronaldinho – the 34-year-old former Barcelona star signed recently by Liga MX team Queretero – as “an ape” has been ditched by the National Action Party (PAN).
Proportional representation, or PR, the electoral system that seeks to create a representative body that reflects the overall distribution of public support for each political party, is anathema to many politicians in democratic nations such as the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
