The hills surrounding San Juan Cosala’s Racquet Club came to life as voices rose during the March 16 benefit luncheon for the south shore Villa Infantil Orphanage.
A full house cheered after the children’s chorus belted out a flawless interpretation of “Do-Re-Mi” (at right), slipped in between a full selection of Sound of Music hit tunes performed by Mac Morison and Judy Hendrick.
Guests likewise enjoyed the line-up of stunning models and fashion forward frocks put together by Cugini’s Boutique fireball proprietor Lois. Event coordinator Beth Cathcart and her volunteer team boosted proceeds for the home with a silent auction and plant sale.
