When asked to write about my recent surgery and the process, I was as eager as anyone to know how it would go! To carry on from my last article, I wholeheartedly endorse the medical care at CMQ Hospital in Bucerias and my doctor Javier Díaz Núñez.
Passion is powerful. When Frank “Pancho Villa” Gardner first contacted me about his lawn bowling green in Bucerias, I was eager to share as he was so darn excited to invite everyone to join him in the love of the game.

After a delightful family filled Pacific northwest summer we have returned home to the land of peace! Rarely do I hear horns honking.
As my last missive of this season what do I share? Do I talk about next season, this season or what’s coming up before June. How about a little of all that.
The artisan markets around the bay are magnificent, with the crown jewel being La Cruz Sunday market, straddled between the boats in the marina and the grand Bay of Banderas.
Depending on your idea of frolicking in the sun, folks visiting the Bay of Banderas may crave sunshine and margaritas or prefer getting out on the bay, going for hikes or visiting the hidden beaches. Whatever your idea of a great time, the North Bay has it all.
