Mexico’s First Lady Angelica Rivera brought her charisma to Zapopan’s Scotiabank Aquatics Center for the inauguration of the 40th National Wheelchair Games on Tuesday.

From October 1 to 5, more than 650 disabled athletes will compete in nine disciplines in different venues across Guadalajara and Zapopan.
