Guadalajara boxer Saul “Canelo” Alvarez made a successful return to the ring last weekend after his disappointing loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in September 2013.

Alvarez beat Alfredo Angulo on a technical knockout in the tenth round at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Alvarez’s next fight could be with 30-year-old Cuban Erislandy Lara.
