The Instituto Metropolitano de Planeación and the Zapopan municipality are both analyzing a proposal from Chinese companies to install a scooter share program in various parts of the city.

“Robos conojeros” – as assaults on bank customers  shortly after they have made large withdrawals are referred to – have become the crime of choice for wrongdoers in Jalisco.

MiBici, the Guadalajara metro area bike share program, announced February 4 that subscription costs will increase from 365 to 404 pesos a year. This translates to an additional daily cost of 10 centavos for an annual account.
