Road collapse leaves family miraculously unscathed

On Friday, July 4, a massive sinkhole, measuring 20 meters long, six meters deep,and four meters wide, appeared at the intersection of Malecón and Sidón in the El Bethel neighborhood on the northeastern perimeter of the Guadalajara metro area. The collapse swallowed a trailer carrying a load of sand and an SUV, which contained a family inside. A bus narrowly avoided falling into the large hole.
