Lake Chapala gains 13 centimeters

Lake Chapala rose by 13 centimeters during the first month of the 2020 rainy season.  As of July 22, the lake was at 61 percent of full capacity, with a volume of 4.8 billion cubic meters, according to  Jalisco Water Commission (CEA) calculations.
