The Ex Convento del Carmen’s Martes Musicales (Musical Tuesdays) program for March has been announced. All recitals are free of charge and will begin at 7:30 p.m. The venue is located at Avenida Juárez 638, in downtown Guadalajara.

Guadalajara’s Instituto Cultural Cabañas is a place I come to write about art exhibits, but usually end up photographing the building itself, which to me rivals the Alhambra en Granada, Spain, in breathtaking loveliness.
