Traffic cops foil attempted truck theft

Agents from the Jalisco Traffic Police stopped a would-be auto thief in his tracks as he attempted to make a getaway Tuesday, July 23, shortly after presumably stealing a late-model Nissan pickup on Calle Juárez in downtown Chapala.
