If you believe in nutritionist Adele Davis’s dictum, “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper,” you will want to give the Casa del Sol Inn’s breakfast/brunch a try.
The handsomely restored inn has an interesting and elegant interior and unique breakfast/brunch arrangement. Even the music is set gentle enough to help you unwind while you dine.
Breakfast fit for a king! Casa del Sol Inn is at Javier Mina 7. Reservations: 333-694-5320.

I wasn’t ready for an alcoholic drink, so I was pleased to hear that an off-menu orange juice was available.
