The Mexican Association for Retirement Communities (AMAR) will put on its expo/conference this year at the Real de Chapala Hotel on June 8 and 9.
“The Baby Boomers 50+ Living Show” will connect the expatriate community with products and services to help them better take advantage of their place in Mexico. The expo will feature seminars on navigating immigration, renting or buying property, driving and owning a car, health and medical services, travel, security and banking.
The trade show will also include an expatriate art expo, tequila and margarita tastings, mariachi, information on visits to various retirement communities and a raffle.
Last year’s AMAR inaugural expo in this region was held at Expo Guadalajara and featured many of the same events listed above.
