Its songs, such as “Superstar,” “I Don’t Know How to Love Him” and “Gethsemane,” became iconic, blending rock with biblical storytelling. This version features many well-known Mexican rock and pop stars, including Erick Rubín, Benny Ibarra, Ximena Sariñana, Kalimba and Alex Lora (of El Tri fame).
