Over 500,000 guests are expected to visit the 32nd International Book Fair (FIL) from Saturday, November 24, to Sunday, December 2 at Expo Guadalajara.
In conjunction with the International Book Fair (FIL), the University of Guadalajara will bestow an honorary degree (Doctor Honoris Causa) on Judith Butler, the acclaimed U.S. philosopher and gender theorist whose work has influenced political philosophy, ethics and the fields of third-wave feminist, queer and literary theory.
The ninth annual Used and Antique Book Fair will take place from November 9 to 18 at Guadalajara’s Municipal Palace.
