Amazon says its popular Hub Locker system is fully automated, secure and comes at no extra cost. According to the company, packages should not exceed dimensions of 16 x 12 x 14 inches.
To retrieve packages, customers should carefully follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email. Typically, packages not collected within three calendar days are returned to Amazon.
