There are lots of options to support healthy living in our area, including two gyms, two yoga studios and many other locations offering classes.
Good Vibrations
After taking her first yoga class in Winnipeg, Canada at the age of 14, Kalina Saunders says she realized “yoga is going to be my life.”
Groups
United for Barra meets Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. at the Sunset Bar. This meeting is in Spanish, but volunteers will help with translations at its conclusion.
