Zapopan Mayor Pablo Lemus has promised that his administration will oversee the planting of one million trees in the municipality during his three-year administration.
Of these, 100,000 trees will be given away to citizens for “adoption,” on the condition they are properly cared for. This project will be carried out in collaboration with the charity Extra A.C., which undertook a similar exercise last year, giving away 105,998 trees for adoption.
