Montreal-based circus arts outfit Cirque du Soleil will be back in town in September with “Crystal,” the first show the company has ever done on an ice rink.
The show blends amazing circus acts with high-level ice skating. The narrative revolves around the fortunes of a girl stuck between life and death after falling through a crack in an ice sheet over a pond. The premier of “Crystal” was in December 2017. Eight performances will be presented at the VFG Arena on the Guadalajara-Chapala highway, from Wednesday, September 25 though Sunday, September 29.
