A man who caused the death of his nine-month old baby by leaving him for eight hours in the backseat of his car has been released, following the refusal of his wife to press charges.

Mirroring the programs of cities such as New York (Citi Bike), Montreal (Bixi Bike), London (“Boris Bikes”) and Paris (Vélib), Guadalajara’s bike share program (MiBici) kicked off Monday in a selected area of the city center.
