A local resident expat couple who are making arrangements to travel abroad to attend a family wedding have encountered daunting hurdles to obtain their official Mexican Covid-19 vaccination certificates.
If they are unable to get those documents in hand before their departure, it could throw an insuperable wrench into the works.
In this particular case, the interested parties have been unable to get certification of their second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine applied in June, nor have errors in their records been corrected.
