Working in collaboration with the Spanish authorities, Mexican police captured two suspected members of Basque separatist group ETA in the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta at round 4 p.m. Sunday.

The annual three-day San Pancho Music Festival will be held Friday, February 28 through Sunday, March 2 in the beach town of San Francisco, Nayarit.

Travelers will be able to drive from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta in less than three hours but not until the end of 2016.
