You won’t want to miss the magic of Bare Stage Theatre’s “The Cemetery Club” by Ivan Menchell, a delightful theatrical gem overflowing with sharp wit, relatable characters and poignant moments.

pg19cThe play follows Ida, Lucille and Doris, three lifelong friends and members of an unofficial “cemetery club” who meet monthly to visit their husbands’ graves. When the gentle widower Sam enters their lives, old routines are upended and loyalties are tested as the women must decide whether moving forward means leaving the past behind. Featuring razor-sharp Jewish humor, unforgettable one-liners, and moments that will bring both tears and laughter, “The Cemetery Club” is a powerful testament to friendship, resilience and the enduring strength of love.

Bernadette Jones directs the talented cast of Linda Goman, Deborah Kloegman, Roxanne Rosenblatt, Rob Stupple and Roseann Wilshere.

Show dates are Friday, January 30; Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1.
