Dress rehearsal
The third concert of the Lake Chapala Orchestra’s summer series on Saturday, September 13, has sold out.
Due to overwhelming demand, the orchestra has decided to open its dress rehearsal to the community on the same day, starting at 12:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, San Lucas 19, in Riberas del Pilar. The rehearsal will last about one hour. No reservations are required, and there is no charge, although a suggested donation of 200 pesos is recommended.
The program will consist of works by Elgar, Haydn and Mozart. Joining the orchestra will be local soprano Janeene Williams, who will perform Mozart’s much-loved Exsultate Jubilate.
