Chapala area artisans are offering their wares at a special edition of the Expo Chapala Artesanal (ECA) craft fair coinciding with the October 20 through 23 Pan American Games water ski competition. The big assortment of goods sold at bargain prices is on display daily, 10 a.m. to sundown, at La Vela plaza at the west end of the Chapala Malecon.
