Folk dance
The 2018 season of one of Mexico’s premier dance groups, the University of Guadalajara’s Ballet Folclorico, is concluding. Founded in 1960, the acclaimed troupe is currently made up of about 168 singers, dancers and musicians.
Modern dance
Dancers from the Ljubljana SNG Opera and Ballet present the work “A Symphony of Sorrowful Songs,” a work featuring Polish composer Henryk Mikołai Górecki’s Symphony Number 3.
