Many players from the Lake Chapala Duplicate Bridge Club will travel to Puerto Vallarta this week to play in a Regional bridge tournament.
This is an opportunity to see bridge friends from all over Mexico and many from the U. S. and Canada. For many it is almost as important to be a skilled raconteur as to play bridge well. Stories will be told, laughs shared and a few rueful smiles and blushes as past triumphs and disasters are remembered and shared. The local game will go on at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, and at 9:30 Friday morning with a lesson Friday at 9 a.m.
The members hope to see you there soon at the shopping center with Pancho’s and next door to Mom’s Deli.
