Heritage Baptist Church of Mexico

“In all things we are more than conquerors through Him who loves us.” (Romans 8:37)

After darkness, there is light. God foreordains whatsoever will come to pass, and everything comes to pass according to His will. But day-to-day, how do we make sense of the hard providence of God, especially when events don’t fit together, leaving us hopeless and anxious? What then?

The stabilizing power of the God’s character is the believer’s gift in this world of ups and downs. We must learn to pray continually and lean on the Lord, who delights to comfort us in any affliction. He uses people—He uses you—to comfort others. In fact, He comforts you to enable you to help others in times of need and despair.

The comfort of God is a wonderful place to be. Nothing satisfies the soul like the comfort of God. He reigns and rules through every adversity. So don’t try to run God’s agenda for Him; He doesn’t need our help. Nothing and no one can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus… not even you.

Heritage is a fledgling Baptist Church seeking out our eternal family, one precious soul at a time. Join us at 11:15 a.m. in the “Upper Room” at the Presbyterian Church in Riberas del Pilar (please use the San Marcos side entrance closest to the lake). Sundays: Open prayer, then worship and wisdom direct from the Word.  Wednesdays: Bible study and fellowship at 4:30 p.m. Info: This email address is being protected from spambots.
