Bridge Club News - July 29, 2023

The Lake Chapala Duplicate Bridge Club continues to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and great staff at their new home - Sol y Luna, Rio Bravo 10A in West Ajijic.

The members celebrated Canadian Independence Day on July 1 and U.S. Independence Day on July 4. The Unit Championship on Saturday, July 22 featured favorite foods from the different days. The bridge continued while some members celebrated the relaxation of Covid travel restrictions, often long delayed.

We invite those interested to join us on Monday for bridge at 1:15 p.m. with a free lesson at noon. Tuesday and Thursday there is no lesson, but bridge is at 1:15 p.m. Friday a special game is held weekly for less experienced players with a lesson at 9 a.m. and bridge at 9:30 p.m. Bring a copy of this article or refer to it and enjoy a free lesson for first-time players.
