A feeding program, continuing its work for nearly 20 years without fanfare, Operation Feed has been dispensing food packages to the neediest residents of San Juan Cosala.

Lakesiders will have a rare opportunity to catch an authentic Mexican-style rodeo contest featuring  top-notch charro horseman, and lend support to local firefighters to boot.

Ride the “Orient-Express” for Niños Incapacitados on Thursday, March 14, at Hotel Real de Chapala in Ajijic. Departure time is 5:30 p.m.

A buffet breakfast/brunch will be served every Wednesday in March at Salvador’s in Ajijic to benefit the families of the victims of the May 2012 massacre at Lakeside. Food will be served from 8 a.m. until noon and cost 100 pesos.
