Chorus fundraiser
The Puerto Vallarta Gay Men’s Chorus holds its sixth annual fundraising gala – Crystal Ball, an Evening Under the Stars – on Friday, March 23, 7 p.m. at the Casa Karma Boutique Resort (Barra de Navidad 1247, Conchas Chinas).
Riverfest
The seventh annual Riverfest takes place Friday March 2 through Sunday, March 4.
Recitals
Two evenings of world-class classical music are guaranteed at Incanto Theatre when cellist Donald Moline, accompanied by Jean-Guy Comeau on piano, present recitals on consecutive Saturdays, February 17 and 24.
Poker Tour
The Annual PV Poker Tour will be held Saturday, January 20, Participants are required to make a 150-peso donation to take part in the event which will start at 1 p.m. at Steve’s Sports Bar, before heading to Escondida Sports Bar, The Salty Caesar, Nacho Daddy, All Access & Bar La Playa, Kelly’s Pour Favor.

Fans of Linda Ronstadt should not delay and head to Act II Entertainment Stages to catch Brittany Kingery’s critically-acclaimed show “Tribute to Timeless Music,” each Friday at 7:30 p.m. through April 27.
Toys for Tots
Reports Jerry Lafferty: “The recent Toys for Tots fundraisers were incredibly successful, with attendance up nearly 50 percent for both the golf tournament on Saturday, December 9 and the gala dinner-dance on Sunday, December 10. We now plan to deliver in excess of 5,000 toys and smiles to needy kids in the Banderas Bay area on Three Kings Day in early January. The public is encouraged to participate with us, in what is a joyful highlight of the holiday season.”
