Expats asked to mind their manners

Prompted by mounting complaints from Mexican citizens registered in his office, Ricardo Razo Navarro, the Chapala government’s liaison with the expatriate community, has issued a formal communiqué reminding local foreigners to refrain from conduct that is offensive to others.

US Consulate resumes lakeside outreach

Officials from the American Services and Federal Benefits units at the United States Consulate in Guadalajara traveled to the municipality of Chapala on Friday, February 17, for outreach to U.S. citizens who reside in the lakeside area.
