Dear Sir,
I found the advertisement on the back page of the January 18-24 edition of your newspaper to be upsetting and offensive.
I think that was the intention of the GOP group that placed the ad. I can only think that you justified placing it because money is tight and you have a paper to run.
Congratulating Trump is one thing, celebrating his MAGA agenda is another. Both are bad choices.
Trump is an abomination, a vile and dangerous individual, a self-serving cheat and a liar. He is a convicted felon and an embarrassment to citizens of the United States.
The MAGA agenda with its Christian Nationalist backing and the support of the ultra-super-disgustingly wealthy, is an affront to the people of Mexico and the rest of the world.
The GOP folks who placed this ad live far better here than they could in the United States, with superior and less costly medical services. They are attended to daily by the kindest people who only want to make them happy.
Please take your money back north and see how that goes for you. Maybe help out that shop in Los Angeles that “assembles” the MAGA hats but whose components come from outside the United States.
