Hacienda Don Pedro’s Mexican Fiesta party menu includes green salad, corn soup, biscuits, a choice of BBQ ribs, arrachera with baked potato or roasted pork shank in red sauce, banana cake, coffee, a glass of champagne and four drinks with live music and a grito ceremony for 600 pesos. Roberto’s will celebrate September 16 with food, music by Sol and Luna, dancing and fireworks from 6-9 p.m. The menu includes Mexican caesar salad, chile en nogada, enchiladas a la bandera (shrimp, chicken and pork) and jericallas for dessert for 195 pesos with 30-peso margaritas and beer.
