Lakeside’s Elena Oetling Ramírez has racked up yet another victory, confirming her as one of Mexico’s most accomplished competitive sailors.

She is just back from the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games held in El Salvador where she won a gold medal in the female division of the ILCA6 class competition.

Oetling earned the average top score in nine races held between June 26 and July 1.
