More than 500 staff have lost their jobs in recent cutbacks at the plant following Blackberry’s rapid demise over the past year.
Some former workers say they were forced to agree to voluntary redundancy and received compensation payments below the legal limit. Current employees say their wages have been reduced and they are forced to work different turns.
