Héctor España Ramos will close out a chapter of family history with a final event at Manix Restaurant on Calle Ocampo.
The sold-out Italian buffet dinner benefit for The Ranch dog rescue refuge is set for Monday, February 5. But he is still in business while arranging to relocate Manix to a new venue for the next era.
España has been offered the elegant Vieja Hacienda property at Privada Ocampo 1 to host special events in the interim, starting with the swanky Valentine’s Day dinner he is throwing on Wednesday, February 14, 5 to 9 p.m. The menu includes caprese salad as an appetizer, three entrée options and a luscious chocolate mousse for dessert. Sweet Harmony will provide live music for dancing at the romantic soiree.
