For guidance on how U.S. citizens residing in Mexico can vote in the 2024 elections, representatives of the Guadalajara Consulate General will conduct voter assistance workshops to be held Monday, February 26 on the grounds of the Lake Chapala Society, Calle 16 de Septiembre 16-A in Ajijic.
The topics to be presented are the 2024 presidential election, the Federal Voter Assistance Program (FVAP), voter assistance resources, and the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.
The same content will be included in the first workshop scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon, and a second session from 1 to 3 p.m. The programs are open to the public free of charge.
