Relatives of disappeared persons camp out in front of the Jalisco Congress building this week to protest what they say is a totally unfair budget that earmarks just 120 million pesos to search for missing persons throughout the entire state.
The activists, along with several NGOs and political commentators, compare this with the state governor’s “inadmissible” outlay of 300 million pesos on publicity to “improve his image.”
