What’s up with the fixation so many local expats have about shopping at Costco?
I admit to having done occasional shopping there myself, but it’s not a practice I engage in unless I happen to trek off to our neighboring metropolis on other business. I have never roamed the crowded aisles of the most popular store locations without running into a familiar face from lakeside.
Sure, it’s a great place for bargain hunters and folks who are looking to purchase favorite imported products. But the extreme demand among the company’s staunch customers seems to rise to a level of addiction. Is there a single item they couldn’t could do without or substitute for something readily available at local marts of trade?
