Qi gong activity is perfect for seniors

Classes of Qi gong (or Chi kung) are held in the beguiling Colomos Park each Tuesday at 5 p.m. 

This holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation is used for health, spirituality and martial arts training. Because it is low impact and can be done lying, sitting or standing, Qi gong is accessible for disabled persons, seniors and people recovering from injuries.
