Spanish and Iberian Peninsula main dishes and desserts was the theme at the Culinary Arts Society of Ajijic’s most recent get-together.
Monica Molloy took first place and best presentation award for prawns and chicken in a sauce with nuts, herbs and chocolate; Tracy Reuter won second place and the people’s choice award for a Portuguese fish stew and Roberta Kalan’s Salmorejo Cordoba took third place.
