Leaders of the Lake Chapala Society (LCS) will provide analysis of the current status of the non-profit organization’s multiple programs and activities and projections for the future in the framework of the annual general membership meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 14.
The first call to order will be at 10 a.m.
The assembly will take place on the LCS campus, Calle 16 de Septiembre 16-A, Ajijic, with a simultaneous Zoom webcast available to pre-registered members who prefer not to attend in person. Non-members are welcome to sit in at the on-site gathering without voting privileges.
Gates will open at 9 a.m. for 30-minute service of coffee and doughnuts, followed by presentations on the new LCS user-friendly computerized point-of-sale system and progress achieved by the customer service committee.
Assuming there will not be a quorum to start the meeting promptly, the time gap before the second call to order at 10:30 a.m. will be filled with presentations on the LCS stakeholder survey results, community collaborations and the organization’s visibility.
