According to forensic reports, Abigail Marin Flores died from a blog clot in the lungs while undergoing surgery at the San Gabriel Arcangel clinic.
Although Marin Flores’s husband has filed a complaint with the Jalisco Attorney General’s Medical Responsibility Office, the circumstances are still under investigation.
The San Gabriel Arcangel clinic is duly accredited with the Jalisco Health Department. The government agency has yet to determine its position on the case.
