With work now pushing ahead on seven fronts, delays on major thoroughfares have become the norm. The most affected zones at present are in central Zapopan, near the Mercado del Mar (fish market), the La Normal Traffic Circle, and the downtown core.
Work is scheduled to begin next week on Avenida Revolucion in Tlaquepaque, although traffic disruption is not anticipated.
