Guadalajara municipal police officers politely ask a disabled woman sitting by a planter in the city center’s Plaza de los Naranjos Wednesday morning to put on her face mask or move on.
After a few minutes of resisting, the woman gathered up her crutches and walked away, with the mask still hanging around her neck.
