Zapopan is celebrating the 28th edition of the Feria de Elote (Corn Fair) this month in its Tesistán township. This traditional event brings together more than 120 vendors offering food and crafts, in addition to a rich artistic and cultural program.
The official opening will take place in Tesistán’s main plaza on Wednesday, August 13, when the vendors will begin offering their culinary delights, showcasing maíz (corn) in many forms. The fair will run daily through Sunday, August 17.
