Canada keeps Covid rules in place

Existing border restrictions to enter Canada will remain in place until at least September 30.

Foreign travelers will still need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated to enter the country and unvaccinated Canadians or permanent residents will need to provide a Covid-19 test taken prior to entering and quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. Before entering Canada, travelers must upload their vaccine information and travel documents to the ArriveCan app. Canadian health authorities have also dropped random testing at airports for the fully vaccinated until mid-July, due to higher passenger traffic and staff shortages that are causing heavy congestion.
